The Annual Children’s Christmas Party is a free holiday celebration for children and their families in the Upper Valley Community. An EOC Tradition since 1976, it was EOC Member Lyle Clough’s believe that no child should go
without Christmas.

Each year the EOC opens the event up to any child, and their family, to come and meet Santa and his pals, enjoy some tasty treats, listen to some entertainment, and get goody bags and a gift from Santa; which they get to select themselves.

This is all provided at no cost to the family. Even during COVID, the tradition continued with a drive-thru event with assistance from the local Police and Fire Departments. Usually held on the first Friday of December in conjunction with the lighting of the Town Christmas Tree. This event is funded primarily by the Lyle Clough Trust and, recently, grants from Mascoma Savings Bank.
