Would you like to become a member of the Enfield Outing Club?
Individuals interested in becoming Enfield Outing Club members (“EOC”) members are encouraged to attend a monthly member meeting. Member meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at EOC.
Additionally, prospective members are required to perform the following prior to being considered for EOC membership:
1. Purchase a membership and submit a completed EOC Membership Application. The preferred method is to purchase your membership online in our store. Click on the "Store" menu above, then select the membership you would like to purchase. The process will guide you through completing the required forms. Paper applications may be scanned and emailed to: email@example.com or mailed to: Enfield Outing Club PO Box 178, Enfield NH 03748. Applications can be downloaded from the store as well, just scroll to the bottom of the page and click the form applicable to you.
2. Attend a monthly membership meeting (preferred) to meet the club directors and get accepted.
3. Attend an Orientation (we will work with you to schedule) to review the club rules and be given a tour of the facilities.
It is the responsibility of all EOC members, including their guests, to follow all applicable rules, regulations, and by-laws. EOC rules, regulations and by-laws are published on our website. Failure to comply with these may result in the immediate loss of membership privileges and forfeiture of any dues or fees paid.
EOC members are encouraged to attend as many monthly meetings as possible, get involved the various club activities, and participate in maintaining and/or improving the Club premises.
